Green rating related to overall sickening attempts by HI to be "woke". Constant virtue signalling about "green" status and "diversity" and "gender" ambiguous - terribly annoying.

Lik my companion, I find HI's constant and assertive "green" shaming irritating. Also - I am female. There are two biological sexes. As a high school student I find HI's attempts to be gender-diverse absurd. Laughable. Ridiculous. I self-identify as a skunk.

Thank you Tim for your feedback, I’ve heard of many “pronouns” but “skunk” is a first for me, I am far from a expert.

Need more staff especially for some oversight for the kitchen with need to have vent on when cooking. Some guests too loud late at night in the kitchen. Need repair to moisture fan/ vent in main level in woman’s dorm. It is malfunctioning. Has been malfunctioning for at least two years. Also, need a night light set up of some sort in that women’s bathroom since lots of light streams through old wooden door making it hard to sleep especially since many woman are uncaring and do not always close the door and usually leave the bathroom light on all night. In general the new flow of guests are not as considerate as guests from long ago. I see egocentric behaviors and less consideration for others. I suggest you think of increasing the daily price for a room to get a more mature group of guests who are considerate and not degrading the hostel experience.

the staff are new every year but they treat the guests like the guests are new. most people have been coming for years but i saw alot of empty beds on a saturday night in july. i blame that on the nasty staff from last year. your staff should try and learn from the repeat guests instead of disrespecting them. asking for a pillow because your spine has surgically implanted metal isnot asking much. how dare he say no 2 nights in a row. very rude
