I really enjoyed my stay at HI Boston. Well-designed, beds were super comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Great location! Everything is in walking distance and main entrances lock at night, which made me feel secure. The concept of the hostel, which is the T-stops/Charlie ticket, is really cute and creative. Love the idea! The two different rooms that I stayed at were comfortable and spacious for a hostel room. Great first hostel experience!

Staff seemed to do other work at the check in desk while ignoring a long line of guests. This is otherwise the nicest hostel I've ever seen. Being able to check my luggage for a day was great. I don't care about the green rating as much as the hostel seems to.
