Sleep - very difficult because of fire doors slamming all night long. Some people talked loudly after midnight in hallways outside dorm rooms. This was exhausting! Some hostels remind people at check-in that quiet time is from "certain time" to "certain time" - they are welcome to talk and "be noisy" in common spaces (such as the second floor). Also, people could be reminded to hold and shut fire doors quietly at those times. This would greatly enhance the stay at your otherwise amazing hostel!
