My first visit was smooth and pleasant, this time not so much. The WiFi signal in room 507 was extremely weak, almost nonfunctional. Also I left my laptop power cord in the room before checking out. I came back a few hours later the same day, and a very unsympathetic employee (who claimed to be a manager) refused to be of any help beyond briefly checking lost and found. This might be standard procedure, but it felt very dismissive and unhelpful.

The only thing that bothered me was that i told staff i would be arriving extremely late, but was still given a top bunk. I feel as though this disrupted others sleeping since i came in so late, and then had to feel my way around the ladder.
