It's strange that I booked online and was charged for booking fees and deposit but, those fees were not deducted from the total fees. When I asked for help, no one could help do with this but replied that "you have authorized the transaction online. Weird online booking system and company and customer service!!!

The front desk is extremely friendly but they don't seem to listen too well. But I can easily say this was the best experience I had so far.
