Green rating

Comfort dependes on room mates and which bed I take. If they open and close a door of a room often or chat loud just behind a door, and I sleep in a bed close to the door, it's hard to sleep.

While large and potentially impersonal, staff were generally friendly and the activities promoted a sense of community. Mad props to Aaron (?) who led the back bay tour and was knowledgeable and helpful. please consider lowering temperature in the building - saves energy and very hot when you've been outside with heavy coats
