I liked the functionality of its facilities. Everything was clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. I liked the activities they offered. There is nothing to improve so far.

I love the new Boston hostel and its great location. I only wish it were more affordable like the old location but obviously the great improvement comes at a real price that must be covered. I especially like the common areas – many places to relax. Free breakfast is a great idea...more fresh fruit and gluten-free options would be helpful. Security-wise it is hard to avoid piggy-backing with multiple people going through the door on a single swipe.
