I thought you needed more staff at the check in desk during heavy times. I felt rushed and had trouble understanding procedures from my staff person. I was tired, but most of your guests will arrive tired and disoriented.

The HI Boston is the best HI Hostel I've been so far. Great service, great facilities, awesome breakfast, just the luggage room could be bigger, that check in and check out guests could use it at the same time. Especially the guy who helped us to figure out what to do in Boston was awesome. He knew everything and gave us great advice. He made our stay one of a kind. Thanks for that!
