THey do not answer the phone, dirty and smelly bathrooms, cold rooms, so cold that I woke up sick with a sore throat, breakfast is a glass of water with a table spoon of orange juice in it from a machine and dry toast, please, not worth the price, better to share a normal hotel.

Very good room - I stayed in a six bed female dorm. Impressive night light so you don't disturb your fellow dorm mates after hours. Please ensure each bed has a mounted light - my four-light socket was not attached to the wall. A charging socket inside the locker would set you apart from other hostels. Breakfast was a bit shambolic - you were out of most foods and crockery/glassware by 8am. Our dorm bins were not emptied in the five days I stayed but I raised this with reception on departure.
