When we got there, the receptionist said our beds were ready, but when we got to our room, mine was not. They fixed it in a few hours so it wasn't that bad. Also, this was not necessarily the hostel's fault, but two of our dorm mates invited a man into our girl's only dorm. Kind of odd, but I understand the hostel could not have foreseen this or done anything at the time.

The hostel staff was excellent as usual. Something that might improve sleep comfort is posting more obvious "quiet time" signs in the rooms, reminding roommates not to disturb sleepers during late hours. A light switch by the door that turns on a small light would also be helpful, so that late arriving roommates don't need to turn on the bright overhead lights.
