My mother and I stayed here both when we arrived in England and the evening before we left, and we had wonderful experiences both times. The hostel is incredibly clean, safe, and comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We would both stay at this hostel again and would recommend it to anyone looking for high quality but affordable lodgings in London.
