suggestion: make rooms available for SENIORS on the lower floor .Climbing stairs both up and down with luggage was tough. Front desk staff was a great help. Room was great & clean. Thanks

I stay here every time I come to London. I really liked the renovations which were done, but am concerned that the materials in the kitchen needed to be more hard wearing. Already the bench top have been damaged with hot pots- it may have been preferable to spend a bit more on more hardy materials.

PLEASE place the sharp knives in the kitchen in a location where young children cannot get at them. When a fellow traveler asked me where the sharp knives were, I was alarmed to see that they were in a box UNDERNEATH one of the counters, where a small child could very easily grab them. Please put any sharp or pointy kitchen utensils in a box clearly labelled "Sharp knives," and put it on one of the upper shelves where small visitors won't be able to easily get at it.
