LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

 

PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

 

 

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 15 December on the protection of personal data AND of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into a file managed by Hostelling International, located in: 2nd Floor, Gate House Fretherne Road Welwyn Garden City Herts AL8 6RD England to process and manage your online purchase request for the Hostel Card through the Hostelling International website, as well as be transferred and incorporated to a file owned by the Hostelling International  Slovenia (HI Slovenia), in order to maintain a direct relationship with its associates and send them commercial communications of their products and services.

 

HI Slovenia respects the current legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular the obligations set forth in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as those provided by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the regulation of development of the aforementioned organic law-, the privacy of users and the secrecy and security of personal data, adopting for it the necessary technical and organizational measures to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal data provided, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

 

Exercise of your rights: You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, with respect to the personal data contained in the aforementioned file owned by HI Slovenia, sent your request in writing to Hostelling International Slovenia, with registered office in the Gosposvetska cesta 86, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, or if you prefer by email to the following address: info@youth-hostel.si

 

Likewise, in accordance with the LSSI, you can unsubscribe and express your opposition to not receiving commercial information about the products and services offered through this website, by sending the word "odjava" to the following email address: info@youth-hostel.si

 

 

 

 GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

 

 

2.1 Identity of the parties

 

On the one hand, the provider of the goods or services contracted by the user is

Hostelling International forward (HI), with registered office at: Hostelling International 2nd Floor, Gate House Fretherne Road Welwyn Garden City Herts AL8 6RD England.

 

And on the other,

Hostelling International Slovenia forward (HI Slovenia), with registered office at: Gosposvetska  cesta 86, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

 

 

2.2 Contracting procedure

 

This procurement procedure complies with Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, and with the Directives of the European Parliament and the Council 2000/31 / CE of June 8 related to certain aspects of the Information Society, in particular electronic commerce and 98/31 / EC of 19 May, relating to injunctions for the protection of consumers.

 

The online store service has the purpose of online purchase of the virtual modality card.

 

 

 

USERS can check the availability, price of our products and services on the website of Hostelling International, and once the USER has selected and included their products in "your purchase" you can register through the website of Hostelling International. Hostelling International through the creation of a user account.

 

In this sense, the user has full responsibility for use, and custody of their access codes. Being also responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided through the website or any other means by which it is requested, and must keep them updated at all times.

 

Likewise, the user also undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of their own name and password, exempting HI and HI Slovenia from any liability arising from the incorrect use of the access codes.

 

Once the form has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your registration, being duly identified as a user for future purchases.

 

2.3 System of sale of hostel card and pricing policy.

 

Carnet Types:

 

Child Card- Aimed at children under 15 years of age. If you are over 15 years old, you should not request a Child Card.

 

Youth Card- Aimed at young people between 15 and 30 years of age. If you are over 30 years old, you should not request a Youth Card.

 

30+ Card- Aimed at people 31 years of age and older.

 

Family Card - Aimed at families formed by one or two adults in charge of children under 15 who can prove their family status through the family book.

 

Carnet Group - Aimed at all types of groups, organizations or associations formed by 10 or more people. The Card may be issued in the name of the name of the person responsible.
