LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

 

Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Member" means a person who provided personal information to the "Federation" and registered as a member.

"Non-member" means a person who has not registered as a member.

Article 3 (Specification of Terms and Amendment)

The matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Law on the Regulation of the Terms, the Guidelines on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Follow the relevant laws or practices.

Article 4 (Service Provision and Change)

The "Federation" performs the following duties:

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

Article 6 (Member Registration)

The "Federation" shall register as a member of the users who apply for membership registration as described in Paragraph 1 unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs.

If a user has previously lost his / her membership in accordance with Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, he / she shall be the person who has passed three years after the loss of membership under Article 7 (3) An exception shall be made when it is obtained.

Article 7 (Loss of Membership)

"Federation" may limit and suspend membership if it falls under the following grounds.

If you do not pay the price of purchased goods or other obligations you bear on the due date

If you threaten the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with the use of "Federation" by others or stealing information

When using the "Federation" to conduct acts prohibited by laws or this Agreement

"Federation" may lose membership if the same activity is repeated two or more times after the "Federation" restricts or suspends membership, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.

If the "Federation" loses the membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, you will be notified of the membership and given at least 30 days prior to the termination of the membership registration.

Article 8 (Member Notice)

If the "Federation" notifies the Member, the Member shall use the e-mail address provided to the "Federation".

"Federation" can substitute individual notice by posting it on the "Federation" bulletin board for more than 7 days if notified to many unspecified members. However, individual notices will be given to issues that have a material effect on the member's transactions.

Article 9 (Application for Purchase) 
Users shall apply for the purchase by one of the following items or similar methods, and "Federation" shall provide the contents of the following subparagraphs in an easy-to-understand manner when the user applies for the purchase.

Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)

The "Federation" may not accept the following application for the purchase application as in Article 9.

Article 12 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

Article 13 (Refund)

Article 15 (Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

The "Federation" shall refund the price of the goods already paid if the user is requested to withdraw the subscription pursuant to Article 15.

Article 16 (Protection of Personal Information)

Article 17 (Duties of the "Federation")

"Federation" shall not act prohibited by laws and regulations, or contrary to public order or morals, and shall endeavor to provide goods and services continuously and reliably in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

"Federation" must have a security system to protect user's personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet service safely.

Article 18 (Obligations for Membership Number and Password)

Members are responsible for the management of member information except in Article 18.

Members should not use their member information for third parties.

If a member recognizes that his / her membership information has been stolen or is being used by a third party, he / she must notify the "Federation" immediately and follow the instructions of the "Federation".

Article 20 (Relation between "homepage" and "mall")

Article 22 (Settlement of Disputes)

"Federation" treats complaints and comments submitted by users as priority. However, in the event that it is difficult to process it promptly, the user shall be notified immediately of the reason and the processing schedule.

If there is an application for damages relief from the user regarding the e-commerce dispute between the "Federation" and the user, it may be subject to the arbitration of the Dispute Adjustment Body commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the city or provincial governor.

Article 23 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

The lawsuits related to e-commerce disputes between the "Federation" and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the address of the user at the time of the complaint and, in the absence of the address. However, if the address or residence of the user at the time of filing is not clear, or if the foreign resident is a foreign resident, he / she shall submit it to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Korean laws apply to electronic commerce lawsuits filed between the "Federation" and users.
