Booking - Amendments
Unfortunately, amendments to bookings cannot be made online at www.hihostels.com or via Hostelling International. If you would like to enquire about changing your booking, you would need to contact the hostel directly and it would then be at the hostels discretion. Contact details for our hostels can be found on the hostel listing or your confirmation email.
Booking - Cancellations
If you created an account on hihostels.com, please log into you account and cancel the booking, if you made your booking as a guest, please either contact the hostel directly or Hostelling International on the email address below. Please note that as per the Terms & Conditions you accepted at the time of making the booking, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
If you did not make your booking on hihostels.com please contact either the hostel directly or the site used to make the booking.
Booking - Make a booking
To make a booking, plesae do so online at hihostels.com. If not able to make your booking online for any reason, please contact the hostel directly, Contact details for our hostels can be found on the hostel listing. Hostelling International are not able to make booking.
Booking - Queries
If you have a query regarding your stay at a hostel e.g. Mail, luggage storage, linen, catering etc please contact the hostel directly, Contact details for our hostels can be found on the hostel listing
Although Hostelling International is the Federation which umbrellas our National Yough Hostel Associations, we do not have day to day controls over the management of the hostels or their employment issues. If you were not happy with your stay please contact the National Association responsible for the country of the hostel. Contact details for our National Associations can be found on the Our Network or hostels page
If you have an query regarding a membership issued at a hostel or by a National Assocational please contact the National Association responsible for the country of the hostel. Contact details for our National Associations can be found on the Our Network of hostels page.
