Booking Centre Terms and Conditions
You must check in at your destination hostel(s) before 18:00 (6pm) local time. If you are unable to do this, you must contact the hostel(s) directly before 18:00 (6pm) local time to confirm a later arrival time. Failure to do this may result in your booking being cancelled.
At the time of booking, you are required to pay a 10% deposit which is non-refundable. You are required to pay the remaining balance in local currency on arrival at your destination hostel(s).
To cancel your booking, either log on to www.hihostels.com with your unique booking password (e.g. 212121212ABCDE), or contact the destination hostel directly, quoting your booking reference number. Cancellations can be made at any time prior to arrival. If you are able to cancel at least 24 hours before arrival, you will help to make a bed available to other travellers. Changes to bookings can only be made directly with your destination hostel(s). All changes are at the discretion of the hostel manager.
The booking deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will therefore be issued.
There is no booking fee on all new hostel reservations made throughout March 2015 for stays through 2015/2016.
