Kraków - Grochowa

Das Hostel an sich war ganz ok, es gab frische Bettwäschen und saubere Toiletten. Aber ein Großer minus Punkt war das man von 10-17uhr nicht in das Hostel dürfte und man sogar vor um 9:30 wach geklopft wurde. Also wenn man in einem Hostel den ganzen Tag nicht rein darf ist das sehr schlecht.

I have to pay full amount. I never have bad experience before except in Krakow. My questions : 1) Why the staff says they don't have my booking, and did not received my deposit? 2) Why I still have to pay for linen PLN 10.00? please explain why?

When arriving to Cracow, at the Airport info desk, I was informed of Grochowa's, location, NOT BEFORE, as I would have expected on your homepage, so I took a other more central Hotel Mistia, 250m from the Central station, with linkes till Zakopane and 300m from the old Town. This FOR THE SAME PRIS. - Your form followup is not relevant to my situation, how can I rate the staff, when I never visited the Hostel? CHANGE YOUR FORM OF QUESTIONING. All the best Jan L

El albergue estaba muy limpio, la habitacion tenia calefacción, un pequeño frigorífico, tv, cocina eléctrica, fregadero, cafetera y utensilios de cocina. El baño era muy amplio. La distancia desde Cracovia era de casi 7 kms. Se tardaba en el tranvía número 20 más de 25 minutos en llegar al centro.
