This small, traditional and homely hostel is located close to the Bushy Beach Scenic Reserve and just minutes from the town centre. Oamaru has a magnificent collection of Victorian era white stone buildings, including a museum and art gallery. Browse the market or try a stream train, sample award winning cheeses or visit the Aquatic Centre and public gardens. Guests can see some fantastic New Zealand sights - the hostel is only 30 minutes drive to Moeraki Boulders and the Waitaki Valley which is home to the “Vanished World” fossil trail.
