Attraction tip

Walk the length of Zagarola and discover the beautiful old buildings - and don't miss the weekend markets.

Attraction tip

Rom - alles, was einen interessiert (variiert ja bekanntlich..) & der kleine Ort in dem das Hostel gelegen ist (Zagarolo), definitiv einen Erkundungs-Spaziergang wert :)

Budget meal tip

Whilst the Hostel provides free breakfast and a good range of food for purchase at a good price, I found that buying fresh foods from the local markets and the local butcher was a fun and superb option.

Nightlife & entertainment tip

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hostel in the evening, seated next to the large fireplace which was lovely and warm. One evening a guest played a guitar and sang - mostly Leonard Cohen songs. I enjoyed a bit of a singalong and then a dance!

Where next?

I went to HI Alessandro Downtown - from which I could walk to almost all sites I wanted to go to ....but it was also close to the metro when I felt tired.
