I had a wonderful time at YHA Wellington. There's a great supermarket across the street so it made cooking easy. Having two kitchens and lots of tables meant that everyone had enough room. I loved picking out the movie and getting free popcorn for the viewers. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, explaining all directions needed and going above normal routine to be helpful. The staff kept the kitchens clean too... even when some hostelers didn't.

i'm not sure what the issue was but, the bathroom light would take 10-15 minutes to turn on some days. The shower also had no hot water. I'm not sure if that was because I stayed in the room next door to the laundry room the day that you were fixing it or what. Overall it wasn't bad.
