100%! The staff here are by far the best I have ever encountered at any hostel, or in fact anywhere. The hostel was also extremely clean, had great facilities (lounge, dining room, kitchen) and fantastic rooms. They have free wifi (for members) which actually works perfectly even in your room. If you want to really experience the incredible Yorkshire dales Malham is a must do (and I recommend staying here). I will definitely be coming back some day.
