Such a nice place to live in with such a price in Oxford Street! one thing to watch out is that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs if you are not living the floor as the reception (2 floors up max) Some things to improve is that 1. it'd be better if there's more sockets available in the room/lounge for charging up devices 2. i understand that there is limited space but it would be perfect if leaving luggage is free of charge.. 3. cool/hot drinking water availability could be better

Loved the location and friendliness of staff. Only downfall for us was that the room was a little noisy even with the window closed and the heavy lift door is a little dangerous as it bangs shut and could cause injury.

Firstly, improvement of the YHA sign at the front door is required. It's quite hard to find when we arrived in the evening. Secondly, you should mention that YHA locate on the 3rd-4th-5th floor and the elevator works only to the 3rd fl. If I know it, I would never booked the place that I have to carry my own big bags up 2-3 stairs by myself.Thirdly, the staffs who checking us in that night didn't show any warm welcome (2016/04/12). They talked, laughed and screamed to each other, very awful!!

The location is good, but it is not so easy to find the main entrance (just a small sign and door between big buildings). The rooms are really small but ok for a few days. The staff was friendly but didn't explain anything. Cleanliness was ok. All in all: My stay was ok but no breakfast included and quite expensive.
