The worst YHA we have yet to visit do to lack of electrical outlets (two in the entire hostel common area for EVERYONE to recharge their electronics), NO outlets in the rooms (WHAT?!!!), windows that open only a crack in rooms with no circulation and face the sun and are too hot and stuffy to sleep in so we sleep in the hallway or downstairs on the couch!!! Seriously, outside on the lawn would have been next if we had had to stay another night. Also, the common kitchen is VERY limited.

+ Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter + Kleines, gemütliches Haus + Frisch zubereitetes Frühstück + Gästeküche - Die Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht ganz ausschalten - Umweltschutz?!

Great hostel in amazing forest location. One thing that would be great is to have bedside lamp with a power socket, as the room I was in didn't have any powersockets or lamps.

The opening times are strict, particularily for check-in. Do not expect to extend check-in times by phone, if your flight is late or you had other delays. Do not blame the YHA team, I can understand them, but you be aware of this. This YH is from 1935 and still quite modern. Some decorations are eye-catchers. Read the display at the entrance. We spend one night and had nice contacts within a few hours. We are used to put our boot into the rack, especially when dirty, not all visitors there do it.
