The hostel is located in the bohemian republic of Užupis, a city within a city. It is also just 15 minutes' walk from the 16th-century university of Vilnius and the city's medieval old town with its many galleries and bars.

Facilities include internet access, a TV, a self-catering kitchen and bike rental. There is capacity for 89 guests. The use of bed linen is an obligatory 3 Lt extra on the first night.

Vilnius is home to Europe’s largest Baroque old town and boasts a number of museums, shops and cafes to wander around. Some highlights of the city are the statue of musician Frank Zappa, the Gate of Dawn and, of course, the quirky district of Užupis.

Budget meal tip

Užupio picerija, good food for fair price, 5 min from hostel. Forta Dvoras, in the middle of the Old Town, not the cheapest place but with great atmosphere and homemade, fresh meals.
