Welcome to our hostel

Located 20 minutes from the city centre, Brigittenau Youth Palace is a modern hostel which backs on to the Donauinsel - an island in the Danube which offers a variety of leisure activities and hosts Donauinselfest, one of Europe's largest open air festivals. The ‘Millennium City’, with its numerous shops and leisure facilities, is just a stone’s throw away.

The hostel offers modern and well equipped 2 bedded rooms all with en-suite and individual beds that can be used separately or combined to make a double bed. There’s a large garden, lounges with cable television other entertainment equipment, free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV in your room (for a small fee) and an underground garage with 25 parking spaces.

Vienna Brigittenau is ideally located for visiting the sights of Vienna, whether it’s the historic centre with its beautiful architecture, Baroque castles and gardens or The Kunsthistorisches Museum of Fine Arts.

Very bad experience, no way to get fresh air as one cannot open the window For Wifi, one cannot get a code, has to bring one's smartphone to get into the procedure. STUPID ! one must pay in advance as there is ZERO confidence and they keep your passport just in case ! NEVER again it's the WORST youth hostel where we have been my wife and me. The son decided to leave and take a normal hotel as he got very bad and dirty bed linen For such a bad service, the price is not even competitive

Ich hätte es geschätzt, zu wissen, dass man die Fenster nicht aufmachen kann. Es gab keine Nachtruhe, ein extremer Lärm auf Etage 6 bis Mitternacht.

Staff was really nice. Allowed us to stay longer on the day of check out because my travel buddy was sick. It's good you can separate the beds or keep them together as you like but it would be even better to be able to fix the second bed when you separate them. Also they are very small. My travel buddy actually fell out of bed and he sits in a wheelchair! Maybe some little attachment to side of the bed to keep you inside would be good if you have them separated.
