As a family of 5, we had one 4-person room and 1 in a dorm. The dorm was friendly and secure, the family room spacious with good storage space. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant - we were delayed en route, so friends phoned ahead to warn Reception we would be late. This was no problem and neither was checking bus times, giving directions, etc the next morning. The location is great, (bit of a trek from bus stop with heavy pack, but worth the effort). We are hoping to visit again soon.
