Hostel Stavanger St.Svithun is a modern hostel with a central location. It provides the perfect base to access both fjords and mountains and is 15-20 minutes walking distance from the town centre, where you can stroll along the cobbled streets and enjoy the shopping.

All rooms have a shower, TV and free Wi-Fi, there’s a free breakfast, an onsite café called Café Morgenrød which serves hot and cold dishes all year round, a popular outside terrace and a shop which is conveniently located at the entrance to the hostel and is open 24 hours a day.

The city of Stavanger has a bustling street life and nature is never far away. Take a boat trip on Lysefjorden to Preikestolen or Kjerag, or there are many great walks close to the hostel including around Mosvannet Lake or in the Våland gardens.

This is NOT a hostel place. The room was an old school room (with a glass wall facing the street an a projector in the roof) with a bunch of bed in it. The room door never lock (even if we had cards). they had lockers but didnt had the keys for it (after insisting like 5 times they give me one, 6 lockers por 12 beds).
