We get asked for 5-6 UDS more per person per night. After complaining, they accepted to reduce the price, since we paid a deposit when booking. They provide us with a new price, still higher than the due value. So we made the calculations together. Then I asked for the HI discount (since I had the card) and they don't accept, until they see the email confirmation. The staff was very rude (even if we tried to be kind), and this made us feel uncomfortable during our short stay. The lady on the working shift was never at the reception, making wait an old woman in the common area for about 20min (while a colleague of her was in the same room, but too busy with her phone). For breakfast there were 2 small croissant (no jam, etc..) per person (on top of the usual tea/coffee/milk) and you cannot get more. You can use the kitchen only in a specific hour range (you are not allowed to make dinner before 7pm). The staff made 2 beds at 22.30 in my room while I was trying to sleep.
