The auberge is a bit off the road but we managed to get there via autostopp. It's very simple but there'y everything you need and the staff is nice

the main problem we had with this hostel was reaching it. we arrived on 15th august and there were no buses nor taxis to go there from pontorson railway station. (a really helpful woman took us by car). the photos on the website seem to overextimate the hostel...actually, it costs a bit too much for what it offers. there is also few time for checking in (the reception is opened for few hours). however, the girl at the reception was ok and help us in finding a lift on the check out day.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Unterbringung und Sauberkeit auf gutem Niveau. Gute individuelle Atmosphäre. Jederzeit empfehlenswert.

No wifi. Had a ridiculous 26 number and letter password to a wifi that did not exist.

A great traditional hostel in an excellent location, - not too far from Mont St. Michel, but not close enough to be near the tourist crowds.

Etwas mehr Service wäre schön gewesen. Wir haben Abends weder Gläser oder etwas Besteck bekommen können.

A superb hostel in a perfect location. The Warden was exemplary in his helpfulness and the hostel was immaculately clean and secure. Would recommend this 'unsung' hostel to anyone who wants to experience the very best of hostelling. This recommendation comes from an hosteller with 60+ years' of YHA Membership. Well done, Pleine Fougeres!
