The jewel in the crown at Pki’in is the archeological finds discovered while preparing the hostel’s access road in 1995. Israel Antiquities archeologists were called to the site and determined that the finds, from rock and clay vessels, metal objects, figurines, incense burners, and clay jugs, belong to the Chalcolithic period. “Shvil Hazahav” or The Golden Path is an interactive educational program held onsite and delves into the history of the Druze community. It includes an audiovisual presentation and a quiz suited to the whole family.
