We made a reservation for two nights with our family. Since the room was very cramped (especially in comparison with other hotels and bed&breakfasts), we decided to stay only one night. We didn't receive money back, which is strange in comparison with other hostels. The hostel wasn't fully booked, so that could not be an argument for paying nothing back. An other point is the booked website nor the confirming email said anything about additional costs for blankets and towels.
