The staff are making a good job, especially the persons working in the reception. They have a great sense of service, are very friendly and are giving you a pleasent stay. That's mostly why I always stay here when I visit Oslo. More benefits are the location, it's close to the city but also far enough to feel away from it and closer to the nature and calm life of the outskirts of town. There is a risk to be robbed and have your luggage stolen. I dont' trust some visitors. Like the new kitchen.
