1. The old-man receptionist is not so friendly. He doesn't smile much and its quite difficult to listen to his poor-accent English. I dont like him at all. 2. The wall is quite thin so its sometimes noisy to hear people talking and running across the hall, especially the children. 3. Wifi is very bad and unstable in the room; it was on and off frequently.

Nice and safe place to stay with a family. Good kitchen. Grocery store nearby and big lawn/park a big pluss. Easy commute to downtown Oslo.
