Napoleon Hostel is an ideal base for a great and fun stay in Moscow. Guests can relax in a spacious living room, decorated with old Soviet posters, and enjoy a beer in a small bar (the only hostel in Moscow to have a bar!).
In addition to friendly and multi-lingual staff the key facilities of the hostel are: free Wi-Fi, 24 hour reception desk, free lockers, free use of the safe and free tea and coffee at any time. There is also a living room which includes a bar – perfect for socialising with other travellers.
The hostel is located in the Trendy and Cultural Kitai Gorod district, the old town area of Moscow, with cobbled streets, old merchant houses and quaint Orthodox churches. This area is at the heart of Moscow’s night-life and is packed with exciting bars, cheap restaurants, and local supermarkets, all right on the doorstep. All of Moscow’s best attractions can be reached from the hostel on foot e.g. 5 minutes’ walk to Red Square, Kremlin and St Basil’s Cathedral.
What travellers think
No luggage storage - only in the hallways, but our bags were fine. While there were six small lockers in the room, enough for one a person, there were not any available lockers for me. Hostel does not control that each person can use one. Lobby and kitchen are crowded at all times. Shower hot with good pressure.

Budget meal tip
In the center, next to the kremlin, it is a food court that has nice and different type of foods. It is a lot of restaurant for every budget. Some of them have an english translation for the menus, so don't hesitate to ask.
