The rooms have no windows on the street; they open on to an interior light well. The restaurant is cool, though.

Hello Joseph, Thank you for your comments. It's good to know you liked the restaurant. As you probably noticed, this hostel is too big and although most of the rooms open onto an interior light, we do offer rooms with street view. Next time you come to the hostel you can book one of them. You can identify them because we offer them as Shared Dorm Zocalo View (Zócalo is the square located in front of the hostel) and even the suite with private terrace has a street and cathedral view. Hope you come back soon and don't forget recommend us with your friends. Greetings!

The location of the hostel was perfect, right in the middle of the cathedrals, historic relics. The Zocalo metro station is 2 blocks aways. The hostel has a great rooftop with a bar and its very scenic. They have a tour guide on campus and they offer reasonably priced trips to Teotihuacan Pyramids & Puebla. The staff is very helpful and are bilingual. Security is also there. The only con I can think of is that they don't provide soaps and towels in the rooms.

Hello Ananya! We really appreciate your comments and we are very happy to know you had a great stay here in the hostel. I guess you stayed in a dormitory because of your comment related to the towels and soaps. Let me tell you that we do offer towels, not in the rooms but you can ask for one at the front desk paying $50 MXN deposit (wich returns to you when you give back the towel) and we also have liquid soap in the showers, you can find it inside of the gray containers. Also, we offer soap and towels for those who book private rooms. Let your friends know about us and come back soon. Greetings!

Thank you for your comments. Wifi works the best in common areas, due to the big walls, signal is weak in dorms. Your comments are valuable and very helpful for improving our service. Hope you come back soon!

Me gusto la ubicacion y la vista del 5 piso al igual que el bar del 6 piso, lo que se puede mejorar es el servicio del restaurante y que los del lobby puedan identificar a los del staff

People were so helpful and nice, great stuff, clean room, cool rooftop, good breakfast! I would take a look at the card to get into the rooms. I had to change mine at least two times a day because not working.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to know you enjoyed your stay with us. Yes, we had a problem with the machine (the one that loads the key cards), now is working much better, however, yes, the key cards are sensitive and the need loaded frecuently). We hope you visit us back soon.
