The rugs really need cleaning. Overall the place was a bit shopworn. Horrified to see breakfasts delivered and then just thrown into the trash. (10-15 breakfasts) No recycling or composting going on. They were very helpful for arranging the tours. Eating apace is too small and not much room to store your food. Did you know its on top of the Gestapho headquarters museum which wasn't mentioned in the ad and might be offensive to Jewish Guests.

We were unlucky with the room (room 2), too narrow, too close to the reception (where people were talking during the night time, had twice to ask for peace at 4' o clock in the morning; the heating was on constantly and could not be switched off, the road outside the windows was one of the noisier, most trafficked and most polluted in Krakow, during all night long). The staffs were in general friendly. You may survive the place for the price. They do their best.

They have the thinnest towels I've ever seen. It can't be that expensive to buy better quality towels. They could even charge a mnimal fee for renting them. I would've been happy to pay a rental for a nice towel.
