Chambers of the Boheme is located in the heart of Istanbul's most popular district, Taksim. Housed in a beautifully restored 19th century building, the hostel is just steps from Taksim Square, where guests will find numerous restaurants, pubs and the Atatürk Cultural Center - a multi-purpose cultural centre and opera house.
At the hostel you’ll find both dorms and private rooms, Wi-Fi, barbecue area, a large common area and patio and a late night espresso bar - Cafe Boheme – which is a great place to meet and socialise with other travellers. There’s also a tourist information desk where you can get free city maps and information about Istanbul and Turkey.
Whether you fancy a night of Turkish delights and shisha, a cruise on the beautiful Bosphorus, live music and all-night dancing, or a glance at Istanbul's historical sights; all are within reach when you stay at this great hostel.
What travellers think
Located in city centre near shopping Main Street, but not noisy at night. Remember this is a hostel not five stars hotel, I think those cleaner do the great job to keep everything tidy and good, except some guests mess up the place. And the owner Mr Ahmet is very helpful and know everything in Turkey. Don't forgot those friendly staffs, always give you good advice. If I come back to Istanbul, definitely stay here without a doubt.

Host Ahmed is a wealth of local information and very keen to assist. He saved us lots of time and money through his contacts and we found his advice and direction impeccably accurate on all occasions. The Hostel is located quite close to the wonderful Mall and all transport amenities. Thoroughly recommend this Hostel and particularly the Host.
