What travellers think
Travellers that stayed here think this hostel is best for
THE WIFI ONLY IN LOBBY IS A LITTLE COMPLICATED BECAUSE THE LOBBY IS NOT PREPARED FOR THIS FUNCTION. FEW CONNECTION TO THE POWER AND NO TABLES, YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR COMPUTER ON YOUR LEGS. .THE PERSON ON CHARGE SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS NO MATTER IF ARE PERSONS PLACED ON THE LOBBY FOR TO THINK ABOUT IT. MAY BE IN THE ROOM WHERE BREAKFAST IS SERVED. INDEED THE HOSTEL CAN SELL SOMETHING TO DRINK OR TO EAT WHILE THE PEOPLE ARE USING INTERNET. AND MORE CONNECTIONS PLEASE.

Loved the location close to buses and super markets for food. We appreciated the free breakfast but the kitchen could be updated a little bit. The internet could be updated as well; having it just in the front foyer is a bit limiting. Renting towels is ok, but bigger towels please!!

Deux douches pour 3 chambres de 6 personnes dont une avec les 2 lavabos ! top pratique ! et 2 WC tout aussi agréables et quasi propres. lits dans 9m² pour un prix supérieur à d'autres villes plus confortables.

Staff was not friendly. Hostel was not clean at all.

Rooms were far more cramped than other HI hostels. Only one outlet in the room for four people. There was no verbal warning given for curfew - numerous guests were sitting in the common room talking when the lights were suddenly turned off.

the wi-fi signal is very weak in most places, but it is better near the reception. You can consult the receptor for help.

The saff were very helpful. The hostel has all u need - a good breakfast, a kitchen, TV & social rooms (good for kids), washing & drying machines, WiFi, etc. The bus stop is immediately outside, & its 10 mins into town. A BP gas-station/convenience shop is next door. Innsbruck is a great little city..... much to see & do. Buy the Innsbruck Pass from Hostel reception - it includes bus & tram travel. I recommend Innsbruck & the Hostel to everyone!
