Welcome to our hostel

HI Vancouver Downtown is located in a safe and beautiful West End neighbourhood, one block from the colourful Davie Village with its many shops, restaurants and cafés. A two minute walk and you’re at English Bay beach and the False Creek Ferries to Granville Island.

All dorm rooms have 4 beds, lockers and secure key-card access, and some private rooms come with an en-suite. Free breakfast is served every morning, along with complimentary tea and coffee all day, there’s free Wi-Fi as well as computer terminals to access the Internet, a fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool and table football, and a TV room where you can watch a movie after a hard day’s sightseeing.

From the hostel Vancouver Downtown you can easily walk to Stanley Park or any downtown attraction, and mountain bikes are available to rent from the hostel if you want to venture further.

  • Unaccompanied children under the age of 18 can be accommodated only with a letter from a parent or legal guardian providing permission for the child's unsupervised stay.

I enjoyed my stay there. good location to Stanley Park....however other location around the Corner more convenient to downtown. price per night too much but I also understand that my stay there during high season. best part was plentiful free breakfast! not enough shower/ bathroom space
