Originally a coast guard station, HI Truro is the furthest hostel out on the ‘arm’ of Cape Cod. Located in the Cape Cod National Seashore, the hostel is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Large picture windows provide a breathtaking view from the spacious kitchen and dining area.

This Truro hostel has two private rooms and a mixed dormitory room. Breakfast, Wi-Fi access and parking are all free. The hostel is open to individuals and small groups of friends, but not to large groups.

HI Truro provides easy access to fresh water ponds, bike paths, cranberry bogs, whale watching and nature trails. Provincetown, a mecca for artists, with its numerous art galleries and craft shops, is just 10 miles away. Dining and visiting the quaint shops are a must for any visit.

Jeremiah and Emily have made HITruro an amazing place. Jeremiah is an excellent manager and together with his team, they have great vision for the hostel on a day-to-day basis as well as future. I hadn't been to this location in a couple years - some of the reasoning was my last visit was just OK - the place felt worn down. But this year, whohoo!! Comfy, clean and hospitable. Most importantly, the staff seems to enjoy and respect each other so there is no negative drama being played out.
