Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, Tofino is British Columbia's secret paradise! HI-Tofino, Whalers on the Point Guesthouse was constructed in 1999 with your comfort in mind and provides guests with the opportunity to meet and interact in its spacious living and dining rooms. To ensure a good night's sleep, guests can also relax in the sauna or shoot a game of pool in Whalers' games room., The town of Tofino, B.C. is the gateway to Clayoquot Sound on the wild west coast of British Columbia. Stroll one of many boardwalks in Pacific Rim National Park and revel in the majesty of the old growth rainforest. Whalewatching is incredible, as each year, 20,000 Gray Whales migrate past Tofino on their way to their summer feeding grounds in the waters of Baja Mexico.

Surf the breakers at Long Beach, part of Canada's Pacific Rim National Park, or kayak through a vast archepelego of islands in beautiful Clayoquot Sound. Try deep sea fishing and discover a new underwater world snorkeling or scuba diving. Finish it all off with a visit to Hot Springs Cove for a long soak in a natural hot spring.

The HI in Tofino is a wonderful hostel. It has a very beautiful ocean view and the 'living room' has enough tables and sofas for everyone! You can always listen to music and I met a lot of people. I can totally recommend it!

My Favorite hostel EVER! Gorgeous location and within walking distance to everything in Tofino. We extended our stay an extra night we loved it so much! Rooms were comfy, bathrooms clean and modern, guests friendly, staff helpful, Tofino EXCELLENT! We ended up booking a surfing lesson on our last day at 11 am- 2 pm and the staff allowed us to come back after checkout to shower and warm up! If you visit wake up early and just look out your window- so beautiful! Recommend 110%!!!
