I arrived at the hostel and discovered I couldn't use the kitchen, which is the reason I booked this hostel. The staff refunded me my money and phoned the other hostel I found on the net so that I could move. I had to carry my case up four flights of stairs to get to my room, I was hot, I was tired, and I was not impressed at the sign that said "For your safety, you can't use the kitchen."

nice and clean hostel. The two bedrooms are small but nice. They are equipped with a mirror and a cupboard. The chillout area on top of the building is great for connecting to others.

On our first night, there were some drunken men shouting on the floor for hours. Nobody came to stop them. There was no in-room phone either leaving us (all females) feeling insecure! Not to mention, ruined a good night's sleep. Also, the bathroom flush was broken and the lady on duty was less than happy to help. Being on the 4th floor w/o any lift was also a major inconvenience especially as we had to take all our luggage upstairs.

A great hostel. Quieter than others which can be nice. Away from the the main tourist areas, but easily accessible, but great that it is right by the BTS.

It's great hostel with cleaness. Their standard is like international standard, so I feel most comfortable to stay this hostel than any hostels in Thailand. If some of staff were more friendly with their smile, it would be perfect.
