The accommodation, the staff and the location were good. The locker I was assigned had one hinge broken. From the looks of it, it has been that way for a while. The common areas, kitchen, etc, were great.

The only reason I rate "fair" is because I was in a dorm (6) with someone who snored horribly all night, at no fault of the staff but definitely taking into account. The staff was phenomenal! They are courteous and professional, very welcoming and accommodate when able.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bunk beds are exceptionally solid and comfortable. Charging stations on a shelf above each bed and inside the locker! Just be sure the power for the station is ON. They have sell locks for the lockers right there for $4. Common areas are all spacious and comfortable. Spices, storage, and appliances for cooking or managing leftovers. Parking on the weekend I was there was exceptionally easy on the street right in front of the hostel.

Really enjoyed my stay and look forward to getting back. Parking is a challenge, but the staff is well equipped to tell guests about parking lots and street parking rules. I like the duvets. The bathrooms (one person at a time, sink, toilet, shower all in a one-person space) were unique (I did like them). The common spaces are great, nicely appointed, comfortable.
