The Raven Haven Hostel is situated on the shore of Sandy Bottom Lake, just 20 kilometres away from Kejimkujik National Park. Most of the travellers visit Nova Scotia for its wilderness: beautiful waterfalls, rivers camping in the National Park, seaside and hiking. The hostel is a perfect place to get away from bustling cities and enjoy the calming power of nature.
The hostel provides comfortable accommodation with self-catering kitchen, laundry facilities, Travel/Tour bureau, playground and sports field welcoming individual travellers and families.
The park offers 120 km of marked trails for hiking, and canoes are available to explore the lakes and river systems. The region is one of the few wilderness areas remaining in Nova Scotia. There’s also a beautiful family beach area.
