Nice place, nice people. Good for catching a nearby train into Boston (1hr ride). Quiet country setting but close enough to local towns for food etc. It would have been good to be able to have had breakfast included.

A lovely relaxing hostel, my only issue was that there were no outside locks on the doors...

My group used the large dormitory and a small room. We really had a great time. Mary was the perfect host! She gave us directions to restaurants; provided menus so we could call ahead and order; provided logs for a fire; and was really very welcoming. We visited the Harvard Natural History Museum in Cambridge with a bagel stop on the way. Could not have been better! I'll be back with my students again next year if all goes well.

Very relaxing location, secluded yet an easy drive to population centers and shopping.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the location. I wish the blankets and comforters were all big enough to cover the beds, and thick enough to be warm. The blanket and the comforter I got were rather small and thin, so it felt rather cold. I ended up borrowing a larger blanket from an unused bed nearby.
