We loved our stay however it would be better if there was more services for people with mobility issues especially with the kitchen being downstairs. The staff were excellent and even offered assistance to take my luggage to my room. We loved the location and the fact that it snowed while we were there was the icing on the cake.

Loved my 2 night stay! I needed a flatter pillow and staff let me pick one out myself. Dorm room was warm and cozy with only 4 in a room. Bunk beds were solid and sturdy. Lots of space for hanging out and super large kitchen. Best hostel ever!

The young lady who checked me in was very nice, however, that other girl at the desk in the morning was not attentive. The most disappointing issue was that neither seemed to have much local knowledge. The scenery was magnificent, but I probably could have taken more in if they were more helpful. Cafe staff was very friendly and probably more helpful, but I might be more likely to give the Banff location if returning to the area based on not being able to obtain basic travel related advice.
