I loved the staff. They were always welcoming, courteous and helpful, providing info on city happenings and places to eat. There could be improvement on breakfast items and the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the showers which had mold and the sink had something sticky on it.

The shower plumbing in the bathroom of room 1 is broken. It is hard to figure out where hot and cold are. The water heaters are insufficient for a hostel this size. I satyed there 2 days and both days there was no hot water when I went to shower, although this may have been because of the faulty shower plumbing.

What a great experience. Excellent location for a car-less traveler. Maps, signs & staff all very helpful. Surprise chicken taco dinner was well put together. Stayed as a single but would definitely bring my family and/or friends back.

I loved the staff and how friendly/accommodating they were. I also really appreciate the breakfast! The only thing i would say is getting more vegetarian/vegan food but they did have options! 😄
