Dorm beds are a little uncomfortable. Thicker padding on the bed would be a welcome addition.

First, I believe I was charged wrong, but no one is getting back me to so I'd be unlikely to stay again. The bathroom could have been cleaner, as the garbage was overflowing and only 1 stall had toilet paper.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback its through guests such as yourself are we able to continually work to improve. As a follow-up I understand we were able to reach you to resolve the billing question and it turned out to be a simple misunderstanding surrounding the rate and how it appeared on your reservation with the membership fee. Again thank you and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future

I enjoyed the view from the hostel and friendly, helpful, and patient staff who were all welcoming. I could clearly see how the hostel and, as a guest, how I was contributing to my green stay. I felt safe and comfortable. I'll stay here again upon another visit. For improvement, though I know it's because it's a smaller operation, I didn't like that I needed to be out of the hostel during certain hours of the day on a multi-day stay. Sometimes you just want to sleep in. A minor issue.
