HI – Bonavista, equipped with its own wind mill, is just a few kilometres away from beautiful cape Bonavista, where you can visit the lighthouse, the dungeon, hike one of the many trails, or just sit and watch the icebergs, whales and puffins.

The hostel is located just minutes from the Ryan Premises National Historic site, where you can learn about Newfoundland's fishing history. Bonavista is a wonderful place to stay -- friendly an d comfortable. Also, handy to the attractions of the town -- from museums to restaurants to just great walking. Also handy to the scenic light house, puffins, whale watching (from shore!), sea caves an more. Very enjoable
