Very friendly helpful staff. I took a point off comfort for the water not really being hot in the shower. Acualy that was not really a problem and overall if was very comfortable with fridge and TV and 4 large comfortable beds in the dorm. The point off for security was because the dorm lock was broken but again that was not a problem - the staff were around all the time.

This is one of the best places I have stayed in all my many years of hosteling...I would rate it much higher than some hotels. I really appreciated the helpful, friendly staff...but perhaps most of all was having the privilige to stay in a traditional wooden Thai house that has been so carefully preserved and immaculately maintained. Can't think of anything that is in urgent need of improvement...perhaps making clear that breakfast is or isn't included in the price would save embarrassment
