the location is nice, by the river. But, no sidewalks on the street (security issue). The location is very good if you have a car (parking lot). The living room/dining room offers a beautiful space with sunlight, but it's noisy when loud people are talking... Another quiet room apart should help for people who want to read and relax. Even in my bed I could hear others talking or laughing. Some hooks in the bathroom can help if you just want to change your clothes without going in the shower.

I like asian food closer to the UT Austin. Coco cafe is inexpensive and taste good.
