Haderslev lies in the middle of a beautiful subglacial valley with Haderslev cathedral situated on a hill in the centre of town. The town's history can be dated back 800 years.

Haderslav hostel is made up of well-equipped cabins, set in lovely countryside. You can rent a bike, go fishing or have a barbecue at the hostel. There's an indoor pool, TV lounge, laundry and playground.

The town has a large local archaeological museum. The hostel is surrounded by water, ideal for canoeing or a lovely boat trip to the Årøsund and the Little Belt island of Årø with the fjord boat Helene. Ideal conditions for studying nature and the environmental protection in the area.
