The second night 11 Sept was very noisy until 12:30 pm as a girls school was staying and were very poorly controlled by the school staff. The school should be put on notice about it. The girls took over the place - lounge was not available for other guests - and were noisy all evening running and talking up and down the halls and stairs and opening and closing off doors. This is the noisiest night ever experienced in a hostel anywhere!!! No towels were provided with private ensuite room.

There is a distinct lack of food storage space in the kitchen. Also a distinct lack of pans for self-cooking.

Etwas abgelegen aber sehr ruhig. Gleich neben dem Natonalpark, für Wanderungen sehr geeignet.

Location of this place is incredible. From the dinning room we looked out across the parking lot and watched a farmer working his sheep with his sheep dog. On the other side of this field was the monastery with it's huge circular bell tower. Down hill a trail goes off to the lakes. The Wicklow Gap is just a short drive away. It's very close to Dublin and we used for our last stop of a two week driving tour so we could get back for our flight home. I wish we had stayed another night,or two.
