Set in rural County Kerry, the hostel is surrounded by mountains, such as Brandon Mountain, just 17km away. The coastline is only a five minute drive away and features rugged cliffs, including The Slea Head Cliffs.

The Dun Chaoin features a comfortable common room and offers a variety of room types. In the mornings, the hostel serves light continental breakfast. Attraction tip

There is a lovely and rather interesting museum about the population of a nearby island and the Gealic language. The cafeteria serves delicious food. You can also take a walk along the cliffs. To watch the sunset, make a 5-10 minute walk uphills.
