Liked the staff. Improve: one key per room did not work. Lucky, staff still on site with spare key. Hours: evening hours advertised on door as opening 6 pm. Staff came at 7 pm. Will no longer use hostels with a one key per room policy. Breakfast - not available for those leaving before 8 am. Prefer no meal and reduction in rate.

- The reception was supposed to be open from 18-19, but someone arrived at 19 with no excuse (more like, oh! you are all sitting out here in the cold waiting to check in?). - There is only 1 key/room. Am I suppose to wake up the old lady in my room in the middle of the night to get in? Luckily I was not in the party mood that day. - No towel included. Really? And not even possible to rent? --> hostel with bad service and 2 km from the city centre should be cheaper than those in the centre.
