Recomendable.

It was a beautiful hostel on the water. The guy who works there is a bit of a creeper. As I am a female traveling alone, I was sitting out on the deck watching the sunrise in the early morning. He came out and started chatting to me. I mentioned it was my birthday. He kissed my cheek, fine. That is a cultural thing. I sat down with my back to him hunting that I did not want to talk. He went back inside, came out, and said "you are really taken by this sun rise" and came up to me from behind, grabbed my waist with both hands, and kissed my neck in a way that was not appropriate. It was not the birthday kiss I was looking for, and I cut my trip short because I felt uncomfortable.

This hostel is generally clean except for 2 things: 1. The doona needs to be washed, or a cover needs to be in place and washed every time a need person uses it. 2. The dishcloth needs to be replaced daily in the kitchen. Wonderful fireplace and a warm welcome in the winter.
