It definitely could be better. Pros: - Bar is great and packed, they play the music we ask; - Great meetings with other guests, excellent to make friends; - Cool historic building. Cons: - Too much noise, both at night and in the morning (we can't sleep a bit more, it sucks). - Bathrooms are tiny, no place to hang clothes, and worst of all, water is not really warm (in Bogotá). - Staff is kind of confused with so many people, long waiting lines. - Soy milk cream instead of real milk (yuck!).

I liked the general set-up and atmosphere in the hostel. The equipment in the dorms could be upgraded a bit though (more power outlets, reading lights, a ladder to make it easier to get into the top bunk) as well as the bathrooms that definitely deserve an upgrade. But as I understand it, the building has protected status so the owners can't do whatever they want.

The most amazing hostel chain in Colombia. I loved this place. The dorms are really good and confortable. They offer you warm water, delicious breakfast, cocktails and karaoke nights just for the payment of the staying. Friendly staff. It's easy to meet people from everywhere and they have huge, clean and beutiful bathrooms. I'll come back. Recommended

Fatima hostel made my trip the best. I could meet people, try delicious food, take salsa lessons and fun games there. They are helpful, kind and the service is the best. They give you discounts and gifts if tou stay in the other branches. The beds are confortable, they offer you many bathrooms and the restaurante-bar is fun. Super secure, good located, fun, helpful and comfortable. Thanks to all the staff.

Good location. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I didn't like the way the rooms are set up. Most room door open to a big common area where there were people 24 hours a day. One night at 3am I went to the toilet to find someone half blocking my door chargeing his phone.
