What travellers think
Cleanliness needs improving, e.g. in emptying bins in bathrooms, and filling soap dispensers. The WiFi was inadequate, the worst I have experienced in 5 weeks of travelling. I have an Apple Laptop and for 2 of the 4 days I was there i could get no WiFi connection. Others with IPhones had similar problems. Your system needs upgrading, perhaps using a new Provider. Access to Wi Fi needs to be available in the TV and Library Rooms as well as near Reception. The staff did what they could to help.

Staff were helpful. Cleanliness of bathrooms/toilets was poor. WiFi connection was inadequate. I had a Mac Lap Top and 2 of the 4 days i could not get an internet connection. People with IPhones (Apple) also had difficulties in connecting to the internet using the WiFi. It is the worst WiFi connection I have experienced in travelling in the UK and Ireland for 5 weeks.
