Lo mejor la amabilidad del personal de la recepción. Son muy acogedores. El albergue está muy limpio. Debe mejorar las taquillas.

The room was a decent size and much better /bigger than previous youth hostels we had stayed in. Despite the hostel being full the sound levels were very good (buses running outside with their engines going for at least half an hour is not really the youth hostels fault!). Whilst I can understand why there wasn't as much recycling as we might have liked because of language difficulties and putting the wrong things in it still was a bit of a shame.

I was almost "evicted" due to a staff mistake in registering my stay dates, all my things removed without even a previous phone call. It was really awful and distressing and the sad thing is I was not to blame. I slept in a mixed room with only men. The upper bunks could hardly be accessed because the stairs were next to the lockers and I hit my legs trying to get up. There were two sockets for four people in the room. In my opinion, this hostel does not have the quality of other HI hostels.
