Annecy Hostel is located 10 minutes’ walk from the old town of Annecy, dubbed the Little Venice of the Alps for its beautiful network of canals winding through its centre. The hostel is on the edge of the forest and overlooks the legendary Lake Annecy.
Accommodation is available in rooms of 4-5 beds with a shower and a sink, there’s free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor terraces offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the opportunity for a barbeque, plus a bar where you can meet for a drink or something to eat with your fellow travellers.
At Hostel Annecy you can enjoy a wide range of sports and activities including skiing, mountain biking, canyoning, swimming and hiking, or simply stroll through the narrow streets of the old town and take in the lake and the fresh air of the surrounding mountains.
What travellers think
It's a bit far from the station, but a nice walk nonetheless, and a very nice spot with good views. Too many sugary options at breakfast (not enough non-sugary alternatives)
