What travellers think
When we arrived, the receptionist (a middle-aged man) was talking to a friend for at least 10 minutes while I was waiting to register. We were tired, had two children, and he did not even greet me. He gave us a room whose windows could be opened by anyone staying in rooms next to ours or people climbing the roof. I asked to be given a more secure room and was reluctantly allocated another room. I also had to pay for TWO rooms with 5 beds each, even though we were 4 people and could fit in one
